The Driving Forward internship program provides an experiential case study; professional development training; mentorship; networking; and business skill development. Interns gain exposure to students from multiple colleges and professionals representing a variety of companies and industries. The program is open to U.S. based undergraduate students and graduate students with no prior work history.

Program Rules: 

Students who stand out for a Driving Forward internship* most often:

• Are energetic Sophomores - Seniors with at least a 3.0/4.0 GPA

• Have limited professional networks since they may be a first-generation college student or be from an under-resourced community

• Can commit 8-10 hours a week to the program

Other Considerations:  

Additionally, we look for students who can show:

1. How an internship lines up with their ambitious career goals

2. If an internship can help them get their first job

3. Thoughts and ideas in a professional way
